THIS IS BIG - Designed for visitors that need to see the most of the Black Hills as possible in one day! This is a comprehensive tour of the southern Black Hills with stops at the two famous monuments: Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse. And also included is a Wildlife Safari tour to all of Custer State Park (the largest state park in the nation). We make stops at the Visitor Center and the State Game Lodge and then tour along the Wildlife Loop (bison), Needles Highway, Iron Mtn Road, Sylvan Lake and stop at Stockade Lake for a picnic lunch (included).
Itinerary
  1. Stops at: Iron Mountain Road
Iron Mountain Road is an incredible unforgettable experience. It is the most unusual and captivating road in America. Everyone that has experienced this 17 mile stretch in the Black Hills leaves you in awe . . . the beautiful mountain views, the famous one way tunnels and the unusual pigtail bridges. This road was designed for all to slow down, to see and feel things that you don't experience every day.

  2. Stops at: Mount Rushmore National Memorial
We guide you through the Memorial, explaining the history and suggest locations for best photo ops. Because of the length of the tour day we are limited to 1 hour here. If you are interested in a longer time to explore, I suggest our Monuments Combo Tour. That tour includes Crazy Horse and Mt Rushmore only . . . 2 hours at each.

  3. Stops at: Sylvan Lake
Sylvan Lake is probably the most recognizable of the five Custer State Park lakes, and of any of the Black Hills lakes for that matter. The most 'interesting' of the many one way tunnels . . . this tunnel is just wide enough for vans and cars . . . but not wide enough for bus's and RV's. With us - just sit back and enjoy the fantastic view as we drive the tunnel.
