    It's at this site we pass on stories of New Orleans colorful history. Learn how and why this city became the food capitol of America.

  4. Stops at: Creole Delicacies
    Our guide passes on some spice recipes and we learn the difference between Creole cooking and Cajun cooking. We sample some unique house made spices!

  5. Stops at: Pat O'Brien's
    Here we taste what it means to cook Cajun. At Pat O's we pass on the history of cocktails that are invented in New Orleans. We sample some delicious cajun foods.
