This is to ensure the guest's safety as well as that of the service animal, Destin wildlife, other guests, captain and crew.
• If The Captain needs to cancel the trip due to weather, a full refund will be processed or reservation rebooked if possible
• If you arrive for your trip overly intoxicated, you will not be allowed to board the vessel if the Capt deems your condition a safety hazard.
