Our journey features a guided introduction to Taos Pueblo, a trip to the majestic Taos Gorge, a stop at Hacienda de los Martinez, and a visit to the storied San Francisco Asis Church. Itinerary
  1. Stops at: Taos Pueblo
    UNESCO World Heritage Site - Taos Pueblo a living community dating back over a thousand years and many of the traditions and original structures are still intact PLEASE NOTE: Taos Pueblo can close at any time due to cultural, ceremonial or other reasons. When this occurs we replace our visit with another cultural partner.

  2. Stops at: Rio Grande Gorge Bridge
    Located within the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument, the 7th tallest bridge in the United States.
    Duration: 45 minutes
  3. Stops at: San Francisco de Assisi Mission Church
    Built in the 1700s and rising up from the earth like a ship on the ocean, this adobe parish has inspired artists throughout time, including Ansel Adam and Georgia O'Keeffe, and has been argued the most depicted Church in the world.
    Duration: 30 minutes
  4. Stops at: La Hacienda del los Martinez
    (approx. 1804 AD). This historical family home with central courtyards will transport you back in time. The home, now a living museum, features important Santos (religious painted carving of saints, original adobe structures, and hand dyed weavings and looms.)
    Duration: 45 minutes
