Lake Tahoe Hot Air Balloons
September brings in a change of weather in Lake Tahoe with its crisp morning and lovely afternoons. Also, the trees are starting to change their colors, and there is no better way to take in all the changes than by viewing everything from a hot air balloon. The adventure begins before sunrise with the inflating of the hot air balloon. Once the balloon is inflated, it will be time to board. The Tahoe Flyer is the only USCG certified launch and recovery balloon in the world. Once the balloon is up over the lake, beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding areas will reveal themselves. There are several landmarks to enjoy while flying high, and they include Yosemite, Desolation Wilderness, Lake Tahoe, and Emerald Bay. While soaking up the fresh air and lovely views, you can enjoy snacks and beverages. Once the balloon has safely landed, enjoy a toast of champagne and snacks while relaxing on the return cruise to the marina.
