Acquire a new appreciation for the art of wine and winemaking at Mount Pleasant Winery's Wine 101 Class, an amazing winery tour. Here, you have the opportunity to learn how to taste wine like a pro! The one-hour class will teach you the basics of food and wine pairing; you'll walk out of the doors with a whole new perspective on wine and the steps that go into this amazing process. Next time you host or attend a dinner party, you'll blow the other guests away with your knowledge!

Learn how wine is made and sample delicious wines and chocolates at Mount Pleasant Winery Branson immersive and informative class. Throughout the experience, you will learn a variety of helpful tidbits about wine, including how to properly taste wine through the five 'S's' – See, Swirl, Sniff, Sip, and Savor. Some of the wines being tasted will include red wines and white wines, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay. As the class continues, you will also learn what types of wine go with certain types of foods, cheeses, or chocolates. 

As you go through the class, you'll learn about some of the wines made at Mount Pleasant’s 85-acres of grapevines located in the heart of the Augusta Appellation Wine District. Because the winery also offers a complimentary wine glass souvenir for each class, you will be able to bring home a tangible memento of your trip, not just the newly acquired knowledge. As this is a wine tasting tour, guests must be 21 and older.
