About Captain & Tennille
This magnificent husband and wife music pair got their start in 1974 when they realized their potential as a duo after the two had performed together for Tennille's ecology-themed musical titled Mother Earth. A year after performing together, they married and began releasing the hits we all know them for today. Their hit single "Love Will Keep Us Together" was recorded in 1975 and hit number one on Billboard's Hot 100 chart only nine weeks after its release. Numerous albums and singles later, this group has been a long-time favorite of people from all walks of life.
