Colonial Williamsburg
Some places we wanted to see were not open on the day we went. This should be made clear on arrival. I wish there had been more information ahead of time. Also you had to buy separate tickets for the battle field at York town and the original park at Jamestown. Prices once in the park a Colonial Williamburg a bit High. We liked York Town the best.

Colonial Williamsburg
Lots to see and touch. People were hard to stump about the history there. They had answers for every question the people put to them. Well maintained, clean. Everyone that worked there was willing to help if you were lost with directions or whatever. The meals there were also quite good, and a good priced value. I recommend to go there and wear comfortable walking shoes since there is so much to cover. Or even take 2 days there since it was so big.

Going back in time was great. The village reminded me of my grandparents' home back in the DR. That's how they lived in the 20th century! It brought back wonderful memories and I was able to show the kids how their mommy grew up. Their dad, being German, just made fun of me the whole time. It was great!
