The location of the museum was excellent since it was at the opry mills mall. After doing our backstage tour at the grand ole opry house, we walked to the museum instead of driving. The parking was full all day.

I wasn’t expecting this to be one of my highlights on my vacation. We had so much fun there. We took pictures of ourselves with the stars we liked and told our friends we were lucky enough to have taken photos with our favorite people. Understandably, the faces of the figures can not be touched. I was there with my mother who is blind so i was unsure if she would enjoy the museum but we had received free tickets and only had one day (because i had no plans of taking another trip to tennessee within the next year) to go to the museum. The first guy she took a photo with, she reeeeeally wanted to feel his face. But they seemed pretty solid on that rule so i encouraged her to not do that and we moved on. Although she was unable to touch the faces, she ended up having a really good time still, as did i. My sons (11 and 4) were with us as well, and they also had a great time.

We normally would not have gone to a wax museum but were so thankful to have taken the opportunity. It far above our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed wandering among the different stars and have our picture made with our favorite musicians from the past and present. Worth every minute.

I would recommend this trip to anyone of any age just be sure you can do a lot of walking so you can not miss much as there is very much to see whether you are young and want to see the nightly entertainment or take your time and see the other area venues. I would go next time to see the well talked about dollie land as with her history and what she has done for the heritage of the area is very worth speaking of

We went during the week and there were no lines and very few people there. We could take our time going through and spend as much time as we wanted. The statues all looked so real. This was a great way to spend a few hours. My two teenagers enjoyed it even though they didn’t know who most of them were. It was a good history lesson for them and a little look into mom’s teen life. Lol.

An unexpected highlight of our trip! We were given free tickets to madame tussauds wax museum after purchasing the general jackson ruverboat tickets. We went to the wax museum thinking it would be kind of corny, but we loved it! Unbelievable likenesses of our favorite stars with attention to detail. So many fun photo ops and family laughs.

This was the most fun of all the packages i ordered. Most of the wax models were so real looking it took your breath away. Then at the end of the tour, it was so fun to dress up and have your pictures taken.
Tip: I recommend anyone not to miss this tour.
