A Gatlinburg helicopter ride and Pigeon Forge helicopter tours are the perfect way to see some amazing sights!
Ascend to the stars above Clingman's Dome, the highest point in Tennessee and the second-highest peak east of the mighty Mississippi River!

Located in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Clingman's Dome reaches an elevation of 6,643 feet. The peak is accessible via Clingman's Dome Road, although a fairly steep half-mile hike is required to reach the 54-foot observation tower at the peak.

Be sure to remember a camera, as views from atop this towering majesty offer glimpses of up to 100 miles on clear, pollution-free days. Because the elevation is so high, cold temperatures and precipitation are not uncommon, and snow can fall any time between September and May! The tower itself is open throughout the year, although the road is closed to automobile traffic from December 1 through April 1. The road may be accessed by foot or cross-country skis during the coldest months.
