We was very pleased with this hotel the accommodations was very good. Parking at times was a little stressful when waking up hill. There was a veteran reunion at the time and enjoyed meeting a few of them.

I chose the photo above because the smiles on my face, and my friends face had to do with choosing this hotel. It was the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in, and i’ve been in a lot kindness of everyone. There was amazing. I would definitely recommend and choose this hotel. Every time i go there to stay they also offer a massage.

They were really nice when we checked in. We got placed on the 6th floor looking over the back side of hotel. They have free breakfast that featured making your own waffles. They also have an indoor pool and an outdoor pool.

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds ive slept in. The tv was kind of small. The indoor hot tub didnt work for the first couple nights but overall i was satisfied.

The hotel was clean, the staff was kind, and no real problems. The hotel could use a facelift, our carpet in our room had a big gash in it and the heat only seemed to have one temperature to set it on but at least it was not freezing or too hot. The location was great.

Outstanding value, superb service, and excellent amenities. The room was exceptionally clean and the balcony was a pleasant surprise. We found the staff to be quite friendly. The hotel was nice, the breakfast was great, i believe valerie, and ingrid were the breakfast staff and they both were kind and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. The only issue i had was the intense smell of the air freshener system in the common areas and hallways, but i have severe allergies to those type of things. The pool areas were really nice.

We were very pleased with the package that branson shows put together for us. The hotel accommodations were clean, pleasant, and convenient. The shows were festive as we came to celebrate christmas. The first room we were put in had no hot water. The second room we were put in smelled like smoke and we couldn't take it. The third room we got put in worked. Loved the brunch they had awesome selection and the front desk. People were really super nice.

The clarion hotel at the palace was great and i would recommend to anyone. Very clean and appreciated the softened water and the wonderful shower head. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was hesitant at the price a reserved it for but was terrific.

Anytime i go to branson i would definitely book my trip through branson shows. They are fabulous. They gave me the best seats available at my shows and the best hotel. They were fantastic. Loved the clarion hotel.

We had zero complaints. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Balcony was nice as we watched the children in the pool. We had to bring in one of the balcony plastic chairs in order to have two for sitting. The parking lot, however, was so sloping it was hard to get out of the car. All negatives easily dealt with. Breakfast had everything you could want.

The front desk was overly nice. Gave me extra towels and directions when asked. Outside swimming pool was great! Huge section that was 3 feet deep for my kids to swim in while big kids were in the desperate end.
