Oh, that is one of the best attraction my mothet, sister & i we have experienced!!!! Just to see in real time the people, clothing, and learning how awful the people died. I am so glad that my sister wanted to go to this attraction! You definitely walk away with a different understanding of such a tragic lose!

"Very easy to book online."
Very easy to book online. The customer service agents sent an email to confirm your appt time or to tell you that the time slot selected is not available. You could just call them and have everything set up via a phone call. Tickets were sent via email and you don’t have to physically print them out unless you want to. I got a text letting me know when it was time to “board” the titanic. Pretty neat reminder.

The titanic museum exceeded our expectation! This event in history was done extremely well to capture the historical facts in the building of it, architectual rooms, the crew, the musicians, the passengers to an emotional touch to personal backgrounds to lives saved and lost. This surpassed any tv show i have seen on the titanic. Special thank you to all those who contributed to make this time in history a respectful experience.

"Great informational museum."
Great informational museum. Lots of reading but not a lot of hands on experience. Thought it would be more personal as you walked through when they give you boarding pass, thinking you’d be that person throughout ship but it wasn’t. You find out in the end if you lived or survived. Feeling the 28 degree water was shocking. It took a long time to get through the line at the entrance.

Titanic museum was very interesting. Would be nice to have more hands on type things. A lot of reading could be replaced w more replica type exhibits. The redneck bus tour was a lot of fun. The titanic museum was a meticulously authentic experience. I wouldn't even call it a museum because that sounds boring, and this was anything but that. The boarding passes they give you as admission when you enter, are an amazing way for you to learn about a real life person who traveled on the titanic. After you are finished traveling through the ships different zones, you get to learn the fate of your person on your boarding pass. Tragically, so many people died that day. I am glad however that this titanic experience was able to honor those who perished and give us insight to who they were. I traveled with my husband, two daughters and son, ages 13, 9 and 6. They were all engulfed, whether it was the information or hands on displays. Bravo for making this a really knowledgeable, but fun, experience for my family and many others. If we are ever in the area again in the future, we will definitely be returning. There was so much information, that i'm sure we would continue to learn more about that tragic day in history.

The titanic museum was fabulous. It was entertaining and educational. Being able to use the speaker to listen at your own page was so much better than having to keep up with the group. Our family of 5 absolutely loved this experience! Our kids range in ages from 6-11. We were tremendously impressed with the child friendly audio option. It covered the topic in a child friendly, easy to understand way. Our family became truly invested in following the journey of our passenger. The cards we received at the start of the exhibit were actual titanic passengers. We read stories about the characters and were anxious, yet with a heavy heart, to learn if our character survived or perished. Although the historical event was a tragedy, this exhibit provided us with an opportunity to have a deep, meaningful discussion with our children. Furthermore, my eldest daughter was thrilled to meet with an author and hold an actual artifact from the ship. I highly suggest this exhibit for visitors of all ages.

They were great with the details of everything. The pics and information was really good. I believe the part of having the headset to listen to facts was definitely worth it. The picture they took of me and my wife were good. Seeing as i was able to get a detail book of all that was in it was great. Seeing as , and we understand why, pictures couldn't be taken by us inside the book was good.

We got to tour the museum the second day of its opening in tennessee. Everything was so autentic that i was actually sick to my stomach by the time the tour was over-because of all the lives that were lost on the great ship. The actual people that traveled on the ship were brought to life and made you realize they were more than just names. The hostesses, maids and all crew members made it seem as if we were actually on the real ship and our lives were in danger. It was a relief to get out of the museum to realize we were actually ok, but it also brought a better awaremess to me of all the people whose lives were lost-i would recommend to anyone to visit this- and i look forward to visiting again!!
