This is the coaster to visit when you come to pigeon forge.We loved this coaster. You can control the speed with the breaks you just have to be careful not to stop. This ride is longer then regular coasters since it is driven mostly by gravity. There are lots of twists and turns, i would highly recommend this ride, it will be on the top of our list when we return to the area.

We had a great stay. We went as a family to say our final goodbyes to my daddy. We enjoyed our cabin and all the awesome wild life bears, bob cats and cute lil chickmunks. We went into gatlinburg which is beautiful but i will have to say traffic stinks and takes forever to go a mile. Meet some fun loving people and enjoyed some yummy food. Even got a cool tattoo from a neat place. I didnt want to leave so extended the trip by a day. Cant wait to go back again one day. Oh lets not forget we road a cool coaster.

We had a little snag in our visit that required management intervention. John was the manager to help us and when i say he went above and beyond, i am not exaggerating. On top of being so willing to help, he also did it with a wonderful warm personality.
The ride itself was also tons of fun. We are coaster enthusiasts with season passes to cedar fair parks and this ride got my heart and giggles going. Highly recommend riding at night!!

This mountain roller coaster was wonderful. I've had several surgeries this past couple of months and have spent time healing. I literally felt like myself and even felt a little younger than i am. I laughed so much. It was wonderful and definitely worth the money. Also, the tickets were good for as long as we were there on this trip . We had a couple days of rain , so we were able to hold the tickets until it was a nicer day .
We also went to see the elvis and the superstars show . It was definitely perfect for the family . Even though it was just my husband and myself this time we know it somewhere we could take the children when they come up with us . The entertainers were very good and took me back to my younger days. I look forward to doing more each time i get to travel pigeon forge.

I personally wouldn’t recommend this place. My back ached after the ride due to the sudden slow downs/stop they have. It would throw me back into my seat where my shoulder blades would hit something against my back. Very merry-go-arounding (dizzy). We had bought bogo tickets and only used it once.

In the first curve of the first ride, i was thinking holy crap, this is fast, but after a couple more seconds i was laughing and squealing with excitement. It was soooo fun! This cabin was perfect in all the ways. Convenient check in, stunning views, hot tub was my favorite and to top it off around 9:00pm dollywood sets off fireworks and it’s the perfect view from the hot tub. Grab you a cold beverage, hop in the hot tub and enjoy the fireworks. We will be back.

Went to see legend of smokies, staring elvis, jason aldean and garthbrooks they all did a great job looks and song like them. Went to country tonight great show. Comedy bus tour was fun and they take you to wine testing in gatlinburg.
Comedy barn and hatfield and mccoys was more for kids.
If you like bbq bennetts was great place to eat.
Motown was a great show.

Bear rowdy venture was fun. Like tubing was best part 30 min or tubing is about 6 or 7 times down hills. You ride up hill on a ramp.
Out door gravity was fun but you get soaked 15 gallons of water in ball with you go on a warm day.

This experience was amazing! My 11 and 14 year old loved it, and so did i. The coaster isn't too fast or too slow, and the ride is smooth. I am 45 and chubby, and i was comfy on the ride. We are planning to return and do it again. The best part is that it's built into the mountain, so you don't feel like you're hovering in mid air.
My only issue was the person working at the photo register after the ride. We were so happy coming off the ride, and i knew photos were being taken. The worker acted like we were bothering her, was rude, and extremely unhelpful. I was planning to buy a boatload of pics, but she was so awful, couldn't be bothered to find more than one pic of the kids or me,(they were taken at multiple points throughout the ride) that i bought one of each of the kids and that was it. They were apparently out of the paper frames that go around the pics, and acted disgusted that i nicely asked for one. I understand things sometimes run out, but she didn't even say sorry, we are out. Ugh, she was so awful and we were on such a high after the amazing ride.

Our trip to the smokies was phenomenal. We stayed in a cabin icosby that suited us to a tee. Close to the cabin there was apple picking and we even got to play with llamas before breakfast. When we made our way into sevierville we were greeted with friendly faces at the vacations made easy depot. I ordered tickets for the rocky top mountain coaster ahead of time and picked them up hassle free. The vme staff were helpful and informed. We ate at the five oaks farm to table restaurant upon their recommendation and were blown away. The rocky top coaster was everything we wanted it to be. On the way back to our cabin we stopped at a roadside bbq stand and brought it back home for dinner where we ate it next to a roaring fire in our cozy little cabin. We had a late check out the last day and enjoyed the nature surrounding. On our way out of town we stopped at another roadside stand and bought a giant watermelon that we brought home to share with our friends in florida. This was a great vacation. I would definitely return to the area and turn to vacations made easy to help plan the trip.

My family and i really loved the rocky top mountain roller coaster in pigeon forge april 2021!!! My 9 year old granddaughter had never ridden a roller coaster before and was afraid to get on. When the staff told her we could control the speed, she calmed down. I am 72 years old and do not like going high and fast anymore, either. So, we rode together. She sat right in front of me and leaned against me for the ride. The cars are low to the ground and comfortable. At the end of the ride, my granddaughter was so excited, she rode two more times and i rode a second time! This is a wonderful ride for first time kids!

I bought our tickets first and then decided to look up reviews about the site which scared me and was a little hesitant and skeptical on how we're going to get our tickets. Once we purchased it, i received an email right away letting me know that they'll be emailing me further information. Waited about another 10-15 minutes and received another email with info to pick up our tickets at another location (which is listed and also the hours of operation) when we arrive. Once we got to the location, the workers were extremely kind and we got our tickets without any problems. Overall, i had a great experience.
