We have been to it in branson, mo and loved it. We had to go to the pigeon forge, tn to see what it was like. Same top notch professional show sure to send you home with a belly full of down home cooking and a heart full of love for america.

Our second visit to pigeon forge, and also second visit to dolly's stampede. We love it !! The stampede is a blast. Staff is beyond friendly. The meal is wonderful, and the show takes your breath away. My daughter loves skeeter. He is a ham !! The island is awesome place to hang for a day, while the kids can ride rides, the huge wheel is airconditioned and awesome, and tons of places to eat as well. Hotels are fair priced, and there is so much for a family to do there. Dolly wood of course is a must see as well. I would empower everyone to visit pigeon forge and see all the wonderful shows, and indulge in some fine dining while there. The alamo and the local goat are two of our favorite places to eat. Putt-putt golf is everywhere, and all of them are beyond nice. While there visit the mountains. Beautiful drive in the smoky mountains. We plan on a winter visit, as the christmas lighting is spectacular, we have heard. All in we would give 5 stars to pigeon forge and thank you for all the wonderful family memories you have given us.

One of the highlights of our trip! The food was awesome and the show was amazing!! The performers were so good and were kind enough after the production to talk with us and sign our flags, which we loved! We loved everything about it and plan to take family members in the near future. We know they will love it too!

My husband & i were very pleasantly surprised by this experience! We took the advice offered, arrived early for the saloon preshow (great music!) & had an easy transition from that area to the show arena. The staff was super friendly, the show was *spectacular*, and the food...Oh, my gosh! Very tasty & waaaaay too much for a single person to eat! Thank goodness for the to go bags! Overall, a very satisfying experience for us. Well worth every penny! We *still* can't figure out the girl in the barrel trick! And the horseback riders - sensational! 5 stars, all the way!

This truly is a size fits all showmy 3 yr old was mesmerized by the horses and their performance, and we adult adults. Enjoy the choreography, the music, the singing, and overall the wholesome. And the fact that it showed being patriotic to our country was a win-win.

We love the christmas theme and the meal and have been several times. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary. This year we are going to branson and will celebrate our 52nd anniversary at the stamped.

It was a very fun lovely show.

It was everything that i hoped it would be. I brought my sister to see the christmas lights. She has never seen pigeon forge at christmas time. Last year she spent thanksgiving, her birthday and christmas in the hospital i wanted this year to be full of joy for her. She is handicapped and after she saw the nativity portion of the show she said if i could give a standing ovation i would thank you so much for making her happy

Fabulous showmeal was excellent servers were great make sure you go hungry because you will leave stuffed dessert was also delicious

The dixie stampede was the highlight of our trip. Everyone in our group of varying ages enjoyed the show. The grandchildren were mesmerized. Their eyes did not leave the stage for a minute. Their favorite part was getting to meet the horses at the end of the show. The food was also delicious. The grandkids especially loved the creamy vegetable soup we will definitely be coming back

Always a must see when we come to pigeon forge. Kids loved seeing all the different animals and best part was the contribution to america would love to come closer to christmas to see a live nativity show.

My husband and i bought our tickets a month in advance and it was an easy process through vacations made easy. The food at the show was plentiful and top-notch.

Meal: excellent the chicken and pulled pork were cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes were good, and the apple turnover excellent. Tickets and seats were good. We did not care for the butterfly portion of the show.

My wife and i missed this dinner and show due to health issues, but five other family members reported it met their expectations. All of us had been to this event last year.

Dolly partons stampede dinner was amazing but way to much wasted food that i felt guilty leaving. Amazing show though. The 7 line ziplining was a highlight as well as horseback riding at the big rock riding stables. All part of quality time this momma got to spend time with her growen children. Mommas heart is full.

The food was wonderful and too much to eat. The waiters and waitresses worked very hard and they did an awesome job.Drinks, biscuit, chicken, potatoes, soup, vegetable, dessert and refills on drinks. The lighting on the performers was not the best. Seemed real dark in there. Voices could have been louder.

The dinner was great the waiters were amazing and kept my drink full through the entire show. The show was okay. I think i was expecting it to be like the pirates voyage show. I still enjoyed myself though.

The show was amazing, we got to sit by the north g3 section and it was an amazing experience, food was great and we had a great time. Waiters were beyond great. We arrived at 5:15 and had a line pretty long line when we arrived, but the line moved pretty hastily and we were sat down as soon as we got our picture took they directed us to our aisle and from there where we were going to sit down, around 7:30 the started setting the plates and pouring our drinks and shortly after our food. We laugh, we had fun, i totally recommend it

It was an amazing show. The dinner was excellent. Plenty of food. No one should go away hungry. The staff was polite and very helpful. My husband is handicapped and they were very accommodating.

Had a great time. The show was fun, riders experienced. I liked the bisons, wasnt expecting that. I also liked the little piglet race. Very funny. Food was very good and delivered in a fast, efficient manner. Drinks were very expensive. They claim to feed you an entire chicken, it is a cornish hen. Still way too much food for one person to eat in my opinion. Come hungry.

The whole experience was wonderful. The food was outstanding. The service was wonderful, and the show was out of this world. We took our grandchildren and son to see the show, and they were mesmerized the whole time. The butterfly edition was great because one of my granddaughters favorite things are butterflies. The other granddaughter loves horses and my grandson loves to eat. Would recommend this to anyone.

The show was very well performed overall, though the butterfly scenario had us confused as to its relationship with the stampede - it seemed to be a disconnect. Having said that it was well performed and colorful. The food was very good with the exception of the first course - which was very cold by the time it was served. The staffing was great, everyone very polite and courteous.

Yall made being able to get the tickets to the shows so much easier. I will be using yall more oftern

We did enjoy the overall experience at the stampede. Our favorite part of the show was the manger scene and skeeter was hilarious.We did miss out on a bit of the early skits with skeeter due to a screaming and tantrum throwing toddler next to us and the parents did nothing to correct the behavior. We did wish that the meal was served at the same time instead of a chicken here, potato later, etc, but it was delicious, other than the soup was cold.

The performances were spectacular well scripted the servers were super nice and helpful. The singers before the show did a fantastic job as well.

We really enjoyed the show it was exciting and beautiful. We even enjoyed the three musicians before the show. They were funny and talented. The horses and acrobats were amazing. The moving stage was exciting.

The show was entertaining and fabulous the food is delicious and of high quality.

It was the first time my beautiful little granddaughters got to go to the dixie stampede.. They loved it so much making them happy is the world to me we go on a family trip to gatlinburg every year.. We will be visiting vacations made easy again also we had the best seats thank you

Christmas show is inspiring

The food is delicious and they give you alot of it. The entertainment is fun and the horses are not only talented but beautiful. Youll have a great time. I recommend visiting at least once.

I have been to the dolly stampede several times here and in branson....My opinion is that its overrated and overpriced., but 5he kids enjoyed it and the food was very good.. We will probably do it again in the future..

Excellent ashton and his sister ariana had a blast. Loved the south north stomping and clapping. Ariana also love the flower catch. Never could have imagined them having this much fun. Us, mema pa pa were asked to take by our son whom was going out of town. They both also loved the horse going through fire , all the flowers coming down , the couple coming down together and really just all of it. The horseshoe . So glad they had this chance for we pd an extra amount for the early show but papa got confused and late. So gracious they let us in at 8:30 show. Were afraid they would be too tired. Ha, woke them awake totally.

My family and i really enjoyed the show and the dinner. We had taken our granddaughters to visit the stampede when they were little girls, so i enjoyed seeing them enjoy it. They love dolly and the one that is 19 said she cried during several places during the show. The food was extremely good and we had an excellent server! Everyone there was very nice and helpful.

I loved the show it was great. On the other hand the food wasn't the best i've ever eaten. The chicken was a cornish hen, not chicken, i don't like them, and the soup wasn't vegetable soup. Not sure what it was but it wasn't tasty at all, it was horrible. Thisnis why i rated it as good, if the food had been what it was suppose to be i would have given it the best rating.

The preshow in the saloon was fun. The entire main show was awesome. My only complaint is that dinner included instant mashed potatoes and no sauce for the pulled pork.

We loved it! It was a great experience. The show was so impressive. We are looking forward to going back on our next vacation. My children would have rather had a kid's type meal. They did not know what to do with the whole chicken/bird. Hand-held foods for the children would have been easier.

My family came here over spring break and we loved it! Food was good, entertainment was amazing! My daughter who is 9 and special needs loved the crowd interaction (it meant she get be up and get loud lol). I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in our around gatlinburg!

It was an ok show, kinda lame at times. Meal was high end excellent. I don't think they did a very good job explaining at the end of where to go to meet the crew/horses, as we saw most people leaving after the show.

The show was fantastic! It was a little hard to know just where we were supposed to go when we got there, but we figured it out. The wait staff was super. However, they did not know anything about the food allergy that i had noted on the form and i had a bad reaction to part of the meal.

We had a great time we saw the aquarium, stampede, dollywood, skylark ranch, biltmore estate and much shopping it was great everyone we meet was very friendly. It made a great vacation for all 12 of us.

We had a great time at dolly parton's stampede! The highlight for us at the end was when they were doing the patriotic part at the end, my special needs son of his own intuition, stood up and raised his hand in the air and shouted whoo! It gave this mama all the feels!

The show was amazing- talented folks! The only reason i cannot give 5 stars is because the manner in which the meal was delivered to our table was odd to my family. Food was brought to out one item at a time- with long gaps in between. Our server however- excellent.

My grandkids and their parents and myself really enjoyed our weekend in pigeon forge. We loved the stampede the show and the food.

While the dinner portion did not disappoint, i was a little underwhelmed by the show. The horses were beautiful, the competitions were okay, but between the pirate show and the stampede, i would definitely choose the pirate show every time.

It was wonderful and even better than expected! We had a party of 9 and everyone was glad we did the dinner show. Seats were comfortable, food was delicious and more than enough, and service was top notch! The show itself was very entertaining and enjoyable. The pre-show in the bar area was terrific, too. I would encourage everyone attend rhat first. The cost was high for those of us on a fixed income even though we had the senior rate, but we considered it a special treat.

The show of talented animals and people was very enjoyable and entertaining. I have visited this show multiple times through the years. The food, i am sorry to say, is definitely not up to the level of years past. Maybe it was because we visited early in the season, but the previous baked potato half and pork chop easily surpasses the bbq and stewed potato squares we were served this week.

The dolly parton's stampede was an excellent show with great food. We felt the show gave you a little peek back into the past with the indians and the covered wagons. It was wonderful seeing the buffalo. The show had a good bit of audience participation as well.

It was amazing to me to see the excellence in service to so many people. Of course the show was amazing and our seats were perfect. It was something i will cherish for years to come.

My kids absolutely loved it! But it was a bit pricey. But it was worth the drive.

We enjoyed the dinner and show, it was very entertaining for all age groups, we had a 2 yr old with us. I’m the grandparent and we all enjoyed it. We got to pet the horses afterwards which was a big hit with the 2 yr old. Our only complaint would be for them to have maybe a little something for the 2 yr old( applesauce pouch, just something, you pay enough), she did eat off our plates, but the extra would have been nice.

The show was great.Skeeter was so funny.The cast was amazing. Just a couple of grips though. Your menu consist of soup a whole small chicken more then a turnover. Food was ok. With this being said. How to eat soup with a fork? Most people are not a custom to drinking soup from the bowl. With that is the only eating utensil you are given. A knife sure would of make eating the meal a lot more enjoyable. Our waiter did a great job for this being his first night.

The entertainment was awesome. Such beautiful horses and talent. Riders were perfect - and comedy along with the program. Oh, and the food was something else to bragg about. Brought out to you in perfect timings. I would recommend this dinner show to everyone.

Absolutely one of the best shows we have ever seen! This was both our first time attending this type of show so we weren’t sure what to expect, but whatever we thought, it exceeded! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was fun. We enjoyed it so much we will be going back with our kids this summer!

My whole family enjoyed it the show was great and the food was amazing also.. Best service any where’s in tn!!! We will go back again and again!!

We always have a wonderful time at dolly’s stampede. Very family oriented, with clean fun. My 5 year old loves it as well. It was his first time going, that he remembers. His favorite was skeeter. When we vacation to tennessee, dolly’s stampede is a must! Vacations made easy, really made our experience fast and easy, no hassle!

Very nice place with lots of kids activities, coffee and snacks bar, and much more- they have tried to go cashless but then realized some don't want credit card bills following so have a cash-to-visa card machine there.

We’ve been visiting the smokys for the past fourteen years and dolly’s stampede is something we’ve found to be worth revisiting. From the hospitality to the entertainment itself, this show doesn’t disappoint. Our boys are now fourteen and ten and still love going!!!!

Disappointed in seating and no pre-show. Performances seemed to be less than before

Didn’t think it was as good as i thought it would be. Wish we had gone to dolly wood instead. Next trip! My favorite at the stampede was the beginning with the horse and carriage in the snow… and the nativity

Excellent the show was fantastic the dinner was very good. The employees were very friendly, the entertainment before the show was right on target as well.

It was a good show and the food was excellent

This was the first time seeing the christmas show. It was pretty good. The food was great as usual . The show was entertaining but personally i didn’t think it was on the same level as the normal show. I didn’t feel it told as good of a story like the normal show does.

We had a great time at the stampede. Love the christmas show and the fact that dolly always shows the true meaning of christmas.
