Came to myrtle beach with no clue who to fish with. Looked in the phone book like most and found over 20 !! Well started calling around most sounded like rookies or just wanted your money. Ask plenty of questions before you book any charte guide. Ask this one guy capt. Shannon how the bite was and he said perty slow.... I could not believe this guy told me the truth !!! Well i went fishing with him and it was slow but at least he was honest with me. We did catch a couple but was impressed with someone that was honest in his answers. Take the time to find him on the marshwalk in murrells inlet, you won't be sorry.

Went on a trip with capt shannon july 18th. Fish didn't cooperate the way we wanted, still managed to boat some fish with the biggest being 26. Dont have a bad word to say about shannon. He was an easy going good ole boy. Given the opportunity for another trip shannon would be my first call.

By d_bickett 10/25/2011 my dad and i took a trip last saturday afternoon with captain kerry but captain shannon met us before we left. We had been out with captain shannon before and liked the way we were treated...The same for captain kerry. We landed 3 red drum which were a blast to catch. It was a day trip for us as we came from nc just to fish with them and we'll likely do it again in the future. Reasonable price for a great time of fishing.
