Breakfast was very good with a good selection. Rooms were comfortable and mostly clean. The floors were not clean and had not been cleaned/mopped in quite a while. Parking can be difficult if you get in late.

Tip: Be prepared for the traffic as this facility is on the main road. It isn't hard to get to, but traffic can be difficult at times.

The room was clean and, and the continental breakfast was really nice, the pools were nice as well. The only issue we had is our air conditioning unit could not keep the room cool at night, we were on the third floor so that could be part of it. Other than that it was nice

Service was great. Everyone was super nice. Breakfast was awesome!! The only thing that i would complain about was our floor was disgusting when we arrived. You wouldn’t have known it had my daughter not dropped a cup of water and i used their white towel to get it up and wow the dirt!!!

Tip: Love dollywood!! And the stampede dinner show!!

Room was nice and loved the jets in the tub. Beds were very comfortable. Only problem was key to get into room. Exchanged it 3 times and finely a lady from house keeping showed us the trick to opening the door. Breakfast was good too.

I really enjoyed staying at the toni best western! We were close to gatlingburg and had easy access to the shows and sights in pigeon forge. We also loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was wonderful and we really enjoyed making our own teddy bear waffles! This hotel is highly recommended!

Clean nice rooms, superb breakfast, nice clean beautiful indoor pool. It was early spring and the indoor pool was heated. I only have 4 stars cause of the fact i could clearly hear our neighbors tv threw the wall. And i kept us from being able to sleep. Other then the paper thin walls the over all stay was excellent!

Great place to stay. Room was quiet we couldn't hear our neighbors. There was good water pressure in the shower with lots of hot water. Breakfast was just ok. Not a lot of choices for diabetics. Room key was a problem every time we used it...Even after having it re-keyed.

The motel itself was very clean and comfortable. We experienced a small problem with parking, as we leave for our attractions in the evening and when we returned parking spaces were very limited. We had to choose parking that wasn't close to our rooms.

It was ok apart from the room service. We were asked if we wanted full room service to which we replied yes. 1st day, bed was left un-made, 2nd and other days top of bedding stretched out but pillows not even touched and pyjamas left exactly as we'd taken them off. When we lifted up the stretched duvet found that the bottom sheets had not even been touched! Other than that the hotel was alright.

From the time we checked in until check out we got great service. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. I'm not a germaphobe but let's face it who wants bedbugs, the first thing i check for at any motel. They had three mattress covers each one a little thicker than the one before. No bedbugs and the bed was very clean. Kuddos!!! Our room was also just off the indoor pool how great it that!!! The only complaint i have is my clumsiness at spilling a cup of coffee, the desk clerk was so very helpful and didn't make me feel like a cluts!!!!

It's was everything i was expecting! Family had a grate time an i will b using vme next year again, if everything goes good!! I would recommend vme to anyone that is wanting to go on a family vacation it was fast ez & stress free,and they will take of all ur vacation needs! Until next year thank u vme! We just recently stayed here 7/16-7/19 and i must say that the rooms were very clean, the pool was nice and you could tell they put the right amount of chemicals in it to kill germs. The breakfast is so good eggs sausage biscuits and gravy and much much more. I highly recommend this hotel. The people were very friendly also.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was really nice. The hotel where we stayed was clean and comfortable. The staff was great. We really enjoyed the ripley's aquarium, the titanic museum, as well as the dixieland stampede, though we were not impressed with the pre-show. However, the dinner show was a lot of fun. There are so many things to do there, great shops, restaurants, and great family fun.

The beds were clean and i liked that they did not use a heavy comforter...Instead they had nice clean sheets between a thin blanket and it was very cleanly that way. The bathrooms were old and outdated however. The best thing about this place was the heated outdoor pool.

Staff was friendly, but the rooms just looked and seemed old. The bed hurt my back every night. The breakfast buffet would've been better had they offered some type of protein other than frozen boiled eggs. Bacon or sausage would've been great. But with that being said, gatlinburg and pigeon forge provided 4 days of real family fun. We will go back, just not sure we'd stay at this hotel again.
