RiseNY's ride can hold a maximum of 260 pounds per seat if every seat is occupied, and the seats are 19 inches wide. If anyone in your party is at or above 260 pounds, please have them inform our staff prior to seatbelt safety check and we can adjust seating on the ride accordingly to accommodate.
- What age is Rise NY appropriate for?
There is a 40” height requirement to ride the RiseNY ride, but visitors of all ages are welcome to enjoy the NYC pop culture history experience leading up to the ride.
- Is Rise NY handicap accessible?
The ride area is wheelchair accessible. You must be able to properly wear the provided seatbelt and remain independently upright throughout the ride.
