Vacations Made Easy is an Internet-based travel company with the goal of providing all of the tools, resources, and information necessary to assist travelers in creating memorable vacation experiences. Our mission is to treat every customer like family. By applying that mission to our entire operation, we work to always keep our customers at the forefront of everything that we do.

Our company continuously works to build and maintain strong working relationships with hundreds of vendors at vacation destinations around North America through which we offer thousands of attractions, show tickets, lodging accommodations, tours, and other activities. In addition to providing the tools necessary to create a custom vacation package, we also research and provide a wealth of additional information to allow travelers to enjoy a complete vacation experience through one resource.

How We Serve Our Customers

We continue to dedicate our resources to developing a technologically sound database of information online so that travelers can research and order their complete vacation from our Web site 24 hours a day. We employ a staff of dedicated customer service representatives who remain on-hand to assist customers, answer questions, solve problems, and make sure we are succeeding in our mission to treat every customer like a family member.
