- Adventure Island makes every effort to render itself accessible to those with disabilities. All restaurants and gift shops are wheelchair accessible, as well as most restrooms, and many attractions, pools, and rides.
- Service dogs are welcome, however, they are not allowed in the pools and on some rides. Adventure Island staff members are not allowed to handle animals.
