Hall of fame was great. Parking was not very good. Watch your signs or you may end up in a parking area that ends at 3:30 p.m. then it is a tow away zone.

Tammy Coulter rated this activity: 9 of 10
-Tammy Coulter, Jewett, TX
We went there twice, not by choice but because we saw it as a separate attraction and then on the city tour. Actually, that was a pretty good idea, because we got to go back and see things we hadn't spent much time on the first time. You might want to point this out to people, though, who might not want to repeat the experience. We spent over 3 hours on the the museum alone tour. The city tour allowed you about an hour, not enough time to see the whole thing.

I loved the hall of fame. We stayed there for hours looking at all the remarkable stuff in there. It was very easy to just hand the ticket office our VME vouchers and go. I want to thank the lady at the ticket booth because she was able to get us a wheel chair for my sister. I did not make any notes on the vacation packet that we had a disabled person but she was very helpful.

Spent about 4 hours there. It exceeded expectations.

Bruce Benedict rated this activity: 9 of 10
-Bruce Benedict, Vermontville, MI
This is well worth the day. You may go at your own pace, great for school age kids because their are touch screen computers, kids can pull up Records, look at the old or new Record label, and listen to a little diddy, I took my Kindergartner and he had a blast. Not engaging enough for kids under 5, even though I took a 4 and 2 year old as well. I recommend when you come out you go around the corner and eat lunch at Jacks BBQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Much nicer than when we visited it in 1992 but it's lost that intimate feeling. It has the aura of an interesting tourist trap, not a museum.

The museum is terrific! I spent 5 hours there which was great. There was no food service available, just drinks-- so I finally had to leave for lunch. I wish I had arranged transportation through you-- that took another $14 roundtrip but I managed.

I'm not even a country music fan, my wife and brother-in-law are. But, I spent more time in the museum then they did. The staff was knowledgeable and accomodating, they were familiar with the VME tickets, they were able to provide additional information regarding the area, and were very professional.
