Wilbur Chocolate's Candy Americana Museum near Lancaster, PA

It all began in 1972 in one small room, and slowly has expanded. In 1977, the modern candy kitchen was built, which creates hand-made chocolates right before your eyes, in such confectionary treasures like, homemade marshmallow, almond bark, heavenly hash.

You can come here and not only learn about the history of chocolate, but take home some delectable chocolate specialties and other confections. Choose from favorites like, hand-made fudge with oreo cookie, tiger butter, cashew and almond praline, creamy vanilla, rich chocolate and more. And the old-fashioned setting is sure to make you smile!

The museum features molds, tins, and boxes early candy machinery, marble slabs, starch trays, copper kettles. There is also 150 hand- painted European and Oriental antique porcelain chocolate pots, some bearing the names Haviland, Limoges, and Dresden.
