Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant in Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area, TN

There are several Applewood Restaurant franchise locations scattered through the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area, and each one serves the same amazing food!  The primary focus of the original Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant is an older farmhouse that was built in 1921. Today you can tour the house and see original furniture and artifacts. The restaurant may not be that antique, it was opened in 1986, but it is special in its own ways. Dining at the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant is a lesson in Southern fare. Try the chicken, pork loin, catfish, or sirloin, and these are only a few of the entrees. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is a local favorite. This restaurant is surrounded by an apple orchard, and you will find that this delightful fruit weasels its way into almost every item in the menu!
