This annual event in Springfield, Missouri near Branson combines two childhood favorites- the zoo and Halloween. The
Dickerson Park Zoo will be transformed into a wacky, spooky, fun place for kids during the evenings at the end of October. The whole zoo is filled with apparitions, ghouls and other characters to thrill kids as they follow the lighted paths from station to station. Each station will feature a different strange and spooky scene and a chance for costumed children to pick up some candy.
If you plan to be in the Branson area at the end of October and you have youngsters, take them to the Dickerson Park Zoo in Springfield for the annual Halloween Spooktacular.
