The Hotel is ideally located just 0.25 miles from Universal Studios and City Walk and within close proximity to Walt Disney World. The hotel is also a growing destination for business travelers due to its centralized location and proximity to many business parks and the Orange County Convention Center.

The Hyatt Place dining areas are open and welcoming, and feature a variety of seating or lounging options including The Great Room, Den, Coffee Bar and its own Guest Kitchen complete with cabinets, fresh-brew, single-serve coffee machine and an oversized community table.

Hyatt Place guestrooms are spacious and comfortable with approximately 370 square feet of space and up to 20% more area than traditional hotel rooms. Three room configurations are available: King Suites, Double Queen Bed Suites and Studio Kings.
Each guestroom has a separate living and sleeping area. Room features include plush Hyatt Grand Beds?, a 40" flat panel hi-definition plasma television, comfortable furnishings and flexible workspaces that meet the needs of today's travelers.
