We really enjoyed our time in branson. Chateau on the lake was a beautiful hotel and loved the decorations they had at christmas time. We lights at solver dollar city we’re amazing! The best part of our trip was seeing the musical jesus! We were amazed at the props, live animals and of course the talent of the actors and actress. We look forward to going again to see the next musical.

It's a perfect family vacation! The first time my parents and grandparents brought my sister and i to branson was 27 years ago and, i was 3 years old. My grandmother has since passed on and my grandfather is elderly. I now have my own 3 year old and trying to keep the tradition alive with my mom and siblings.

"A great place."

A great place. The old west town is like stepping into a time machine. Saw the child magician show and it was ok. The highlight was marvel caves. I have done the daylight tour and it is good, don't get me wrong, but if you get the chance do the lamp light tour. You have 90 minutes to go through marvel cave. It is dark and you have but a little lantern. You get to hear a lot more about the history of the caves and the ghost stories rock.

A wonderful family getaway!! Silver dollar city is so much fun even though the lines are long the park is full of wonderful things to do. I would highly recommend the saloon show, both of my kids loved it (3yrs and 5 years ) . We will be coming back again very soon. I would recommend silver dollar city and branson to anyone i knew.

E had a wonderful time - mostly attending the various shows. My only negative was the lack of markings for the parking lot. We didn’t realize we were in lot 6 and ended up taking a tram to lots 2/3 late at night. Took us an hour to find our car. Perhaps some large signs with the parking lot numbers would be appropriate

Such a fun theme park! There is so much to do! My daughter rode her first roller coaster there!!! I really think some of those rides are unique! They had lots of good food options there too! I would definitely go back but spend another day there rather than just the one day we did!

Kids enjoyed the park we did a one day ticket. This was great of our vacation plan and the kids were able to ride several rides. I did have a couple of kids that did not want to ride but i found it difficult to separate our group. But overall each were able to ride and enjoy the park.

This was our first trip to branson, we are from illinois, and had always heard so much about it. We brought our daughter's family with, so had a 3 year old and 6 year old. We absolutely loved dolly's stampede! We were also totally amazed at all the butterflies in the butterfly palace that would come land on our nectar tubes. We had a beautiful condo we rented through vrbo and accommodations were very nice. We can't wait to come back and stay longer!!!!

I love silver dollar city, but we picked the wrong time to go. It was so packed full of people that there was hardly room to walk, and it was cold! Go during the day. If you just have to see the lighting of the greens, let that be the end of your sdc day so that you can leave after.

Lots of fun and takes more than a day to get to do everything, especially if you are able to ride all rides and want to see all of the shops and go into the caves. Powder keg was actually pretty quick! I couldnt tell what it looked like in line and people looked almost bored when they were coming around at the end, but after riding it, i think they were stunned and just catching their breath. Very smooth ride, very quick, and very suprising. Food is good however, the skillet meal we got needed more meat. It was about 75 to 85 potatoes. Great value and lots to see and do. Great shade as well! Lines werent too bad. This was mid june during the week summer hours.

We went to branson for one night. I took my daughter to silver dollar city and spent the whole day there. We picked an awesome day to go the lines weren’t long at all and we got on every ride fairly fast. We went to the olive garden for dinner (that’s where my daughter wanted to go) and we stayed at seven gables inn and it was everything we needed for one night of stay! The only thing i can really complain about is that i got a little motion sickness on the roller coasters, i’ll just blame that on my age, lol.

Fantastic park with lots of shade and food options. There is something for every age to enjoy. We loved going into marvel cave, and recommend that walk for anyone older than about 8 or 9. Do not carry babies, do not go if a young person is scared, and pay attention to guides and conditions. Well-done by everyone involve.

Unfortunately, we had car trouble the entire weekend we were there. We were only able to go to the water park one day even though i paid for two day passes to silver dollar city and white water rapids. The people at the hotel were really nice and helped where they could. Even the road side assistance guy went above and beyond. The people we met make it worth coming back.

Branson mo. Is a very beautiful place to visit. My only regret, is booking tickets online, as it is way more expensive then just actually purchasing the tickets once you get there. I paid in advance for the zipline and parakeet balloon ride. Both were closed.

Silver dollar city is always a great place to go. With the rides, the old store, and the cave, it is always going to be a great time. Unless you are from a place where 106 in the shade tends to shut things down. It was hot that day and hard to really enjoy things.

This place is always a great place to visit. Love the old miner town vibe, love the old stores you can go in and visit and of course buy from. If you love rides, there are many to ride. My family loved the water rides but it was rather hot. There is another ride about to open so have to go back and see what that will be. Also, take the train. It will help you kind of map the sdc in your mind. Mostly love marvel cave. Last time we went to the cave, we took the free tour. If you go and you have taken the free tour, take the lantern tour. It is the last tour of the night, it does cost some money, but it is very much worth it. Our tour guide was very informative about the history of the cave (as most of them are) but he made it really fun and discussed some of the ghost stories and really made the tour worth it. Parking isn't an issue either as they have many parking lots and buses or trams that will come get you and drop you off at the end of the day.

Tip: If taking the tour don't do the lantern tour your first time. Get to know the cave first, then take the night tour. To see it expanded upon and hear the additional stories that go on with the cave is great.

Loved visiting, just sad it was mostly rained out on sunday, when we had the most time. Enjoyed dulcimer salesman and music throughout the park great food and sweet atmosphere! Sorry i couldn’t get in the stagecoach exhibit. It was always full by the time we got in line.

Tip: Go early, stay late drink lots of water and share food portions. Pick what you want to do and line up early for stagecoach. Loved singing in the chapel!!!

Unfortunately the date we went december 27th. It was below freezing and none of the rides or outdoor vendors and entertainment were open. We spent the majority of the day just trying to hang in there to see the christmas lights at dark. The cave was an amazing reprieve from the cold and it was very cool. And the christmas show was amazing. The lights beautiful. We had come a long way and spent a lot of money on this day and the kids were disappointed. However can’t blame anyone but mother nature. I hope to someday be able to afford to do this day again and experience all silver dollar citg has to offer.

Forgot how much fun the family has at silver dollar city!! Have not been back for a dozen years, but many new attractions. The various thrill rides were great, as well as the old stand-by at fire in the hole and the abandoned mine. Various entertainment was great, especially the dog tricks show. Did everything, but managed to miss marvel cave again. Food was great and filled up the car with crafts!!

This was our first visit to silver dollar city and my family loved it! The only tip i would suggest is to make sure that if you are using the printed version from your home computer for the admittance ticket to make sure it doesn't get the slightest bit damp because the workers can't scan the barcode. With that being said, they were very helpful and quick in getting us into the park! We thoroughly enjoyed our day!

Branson, mo is one of my favorite places to visit. Not only is it a beautiful city, the people there are so friendly, they honor and respect all our military, and it's a city created from god's love, grace, and mercy. The first full day i was there, i went to silver dollar city amusement park. Silver dollar city has awesome roller coasters, a fun house called grandpa's mansion, thrill rides, etc. They recently opened up a new coaster called the outlaw which is my new favorite ride there. It's a fast moving wooden coaster which has two back to back barrel roles. After the park, i went to see the baldknobbers jamboree sow which started at 8:00pm. It's a show that entertains the audience with hilarious comedy, country music classics, military honoring, and gospel music it was also branson's first show that started it all. That's a must see show. The next day i went on the branson bell which is a dinner/theater cruise on table rock lake. They also had great music, entertainment , and really good food. All together i'd say i had a very awesome time while in branson and it was sad i had to cut out of there a few days early. Would i go back? Definitely! I've all ready been back several times and the experience is always different but the same good ole loving people are still there.

I saw the same items in all the flea market booths spread all around the town of branson. It seems we were only able to buy the 2 day ticket on the net but i saw one day ticket sales at the park which was plenty long enough for us.

Very friendly employees, clean park, we experienced a lost ticket but was nicely handled by both the park and branson shows.Com had a teen separate from us (showed back up on his own) staff went to work immediately to locate. Food is a little pricey. Goods and services were priced fair in comparison to what you'd expect at other parks.
