Take a trip back in time at the Janesville Renaissance Faire, located at 600 N Main St, Janesville, WI. Venture to the riverside where N Parker Drive and E Memorial Drive come together. People come from miles around to share their entertain and engage others in celebrating the Renaissance period. This popular event supports several charities with a percentage of the proceeds. Thus far, 16 charities have been supported, including scholarships for students.

Renaissance faires are held outdoors, open to the public, which takes us on a walk back into history. Typically, this venture back in time is set around the period of Queen Elizabeth I from England. Attire can range from the traditional dress of that time, along with fantasy characters such as elves, fairies, and wizards. There may even be a pirate or more.
