Nice hotel but a little old. Pictures of hotel on the internet are not exactly how it looks. Also breakfast was also just waffles and cereal.

Excellent & unusually helpful staff. Very cheery.

Hotel was really nice , staff was friendly and rooms were awesome. I got the king suite with the whirlpool tub. Great romantic weekend with my boyfriend at time. Now husband! Only downfall was there pool way too much chlorine my eyes burned as soon as i walked in.

Bed was way too soft. Continental breakfast was so-so, expected better. But overall stay was good.

Nice pool. Hallways were a bit hot. Back door was not locked, although sign indicated access was by room key only. Short distance to all attractions and restaurants.

The hotel is up to date. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast was good, but the telephone in the room didn't work. I didn't get my 2 queen size beds that i paid for i got 2 double beds instead. Room was clean

I stayed at this hotel last year in june i had a wonderful stay, the service staff were great they were very attentive to me. I will be coming back this june again .

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we were very pleased with our stay. The staff was outstanding. They went above and beyond by assisting us in restaurant & activity choices! The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was okay. Near where we wanted to be. Price was reasonable. Tv was old. Bathroom too small. Pool was great. Fitness machines were dated but served their purpose. Breakfast was not that bad as some had said. Kids loved making the waffles. Beats paying extra eating out. Short walk to pirates cove golf.

Only complaint was that we asked for a smoking room and there were none left when we checked in.

We never received a checkout receipt b/c we left early in the a.M. And the clerk said that the nights transactions hadn't been batched yet.

The location is superb and price was right. However, the breakfast bar leaves a little to be desired. Bananas were too ripe. For egg lovers, only hard-boiled available. No bacon or sausage. Not a real great selection of food as provided in other hotels. The air conditioning unit was very loud when in cooling mode. Ok with just fan. Smoke detector falling apart. Probably wouldn't stay here again. 5 out of 10

Very clean and accommodating.

Great indoor pool open til 11 pm. Free cot which was more like a twin bed low to the floor great for my toddler...Free microwave and fridge. Great maid service, good continetal breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice motel, with a clean pool, very nice breakfast bar (a surprise), an elevator and sitting lounge, good parking and very close to many activities and restaurants.

Nice hotel ony minutes from colonial williamsburg and alot of near by restaurant.

Only complaint we have is we wish the room was a little smaller and the bathroom a little larger.The door was a inch from the toilet

Continental breakfast could have been better

The staff at best western went above and beyond to assist us in everything that we needed. Being a family of 5 it was a difficult task but they managed to do it and all the while had smiles on their faces.

Hotel was clean and up to date. Good location yet set back from all the shopping so you can rest when you got to the hotel.
