Busch Gardens is the scariest place in Williamsburg during the Howl-O-Scream event! The park is transformed into a theme-scream park that includes haunted houses, goblins and other spooktacular events every weekend September 13 - October 27, 2013.
A variety of activities will be scheduled during this popular event, which also serves as the end of the season for the park. Parents with young children should exercise caution, as some Howl-O-Scream events may be too intense for children, these particular guests will be treated to a visit from their favorite Sesame Street characters at the Forest of Fun.
For those looking for a good Howl-o-Scream fright, the haunted house 13 contains a twisting maze filled with creeping ghouls, goblins and serial killers. If you choose to lurk in the catacombs, you can twist your way through discarded bones and dodge the souls of the unrest. Other haunts include a demonic circus, the "Bitten" house, and the zombie-infested Dead Line.
For a creepy show, check out "Monster Stomp Revamped," where vampires, witches, beasts and skeletons join in on a "rockstravaganza." You can also watch the colorful antics of Jack of the Lantern in "Jack is Back," or the insane experimentation of Dr Weirdstein in "Fiends."
With all of these frightening favorites, plus several "scare zones" to walk through, Busch Gardens offers the ultimate Halloween festival that is sure to startle even the most courageous of adventurers.
