The Star Party at Oracle State Park is an astronomy gazing party for all those celestial lovers out there. It is located in Oracle State Park, which is a 3948-acre park in the northeastern Santa Catalina Mountains. It is going to take place on September 1st, 2018 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Telescopes will be available and on hand for everyone.

The Star Party offers guests the very unique experience of seeing stars and planets that are millions of light-years away. Those who attend may be able to view different parts of the solar system, many planets, constellations, star clusters, and even other galaxies. More importantly, the event offers individuals the opportunity to gaze up into the heavens and appreciate the other magnificent objects in space.

The event is hosted by The Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association, so there is an added perk to the attraction. The added perk is the attendance of real astronomers to assist in the space exploration and to be available to answer any questions about anything pertaining to astronomy. To be able to pick the brain of a real astronomer about the wonders of space is an opportunity very few individuals have. It is an aspect that only may come around once in a lifetime.

If you're an Astronomy buff, want to go stare into space for two hours or are looking for a very unique date opportunity, The Star Party at Oracle State Park is the perfect place to be the night of September 1st. Just remember to bring some snacks and refreshments!
