Description
The Oneida Community Mansion House Tour is available for those who would like to take part in an activity where you will gain the luxury to tour all around this famous house which is located in Syracuse, New York. The best choices for those tourists who love antiques is this activity. The area is known for how beautiful the art work and flowers are and in fact, there are exhibits that you will see outside of the house where there is statues and flower gardens in which you will enjoy.

This a family-friendly environment where the children can have an admission which will include a chance to see the gift shop. This exhibit is wheelchair accessible with assistance available if arrangements are made. There is a professional tour guide that will explain the community to you as you walk around to see all the art.

This tour is up to 2 hours and a photographer is available for those who may want pictures for later. The idea is to allow you to see how previous citizens had to live in order to regain the feeling of family. The parking lot has spaces for those who may want to travel in a group and add a learning exhibit into the memories of their grand parents.

This attraction is known for how colorful the flowers are and how dedicated the citizens of Syracuse are in making this neighborhood a community that is comfortable to all who visit. Guests will be surprised at how well the area is kept up and how the city welcomes all tourists. There is even a chance to see how much you know about the area and revisit again and again.

Your docent-guided small-group tour takes place on two floors of the Oneida Community Mansion House. There are some stairs involved although elevator service is available. Limited seating is available throughout the tour. Parking is available in front of the building on the Kenwood Avenue side. Check in at the gift shop on the left as you enter the front door. Photography for personal use, without flash, is allowed. Self-guided tours are also available and large-group tours are welcome. Your tour lasts between 1 and 2-hours depending on the size of the group and questions.
