The Flavors of Historic Jerome Wine Tour
Before 1912 when Arizona officially became a state, Jerome was one of the area's wildest cities. Jerome is still a popular town, and has wonderful restaurants like the Haunted Hamburger. The city is also filled with unique art galleries, unforgettable architecture and historic buildings. You can even see the "sliding" jail while you're there and the mining museum. There are also to popular bars that the locals love to visit, and a number of wine tasting rooms.
You'll get the chance to sample wines from North Arizona's first vineyard, Echo Canyon. If you love the bands Pucifer, Tool or A Perfect Circle, you'll want to visit James Maynard Kennan's winery, Caduceus Cellars. You can also check out Cellar 433 which has a varied selection of white and red wines, as well as sparkling wines and ports. You can also choose from sweet wines made with agave. The location also offers one of the most beautiful scenic views in Arizona.
