Private Olympic Peninsula and Forest Tour
Come and take a peaceful Olympic Peninsula and Forest Tour on the outskirts of Seattle. The highlights are the Quinault Rain Forest and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Guest will enjoy the tranquility of nature on this 12-hour trip.
Guests will depart from their participating hotels at 7 in the morning. From there, everyone will start the three an a half hour drive to the first stop, which is the Quinault Rain Forest. Once you have arrived, it is time to go trail walking. As you are walking along, you will comes across a Spruce tree that is the largest in the world. Most of the tallest trees ion the United States happen to be in this forest. This forest houses gigantic Alaskan Cedar, Sitka Spruce, Western Hemlock, Western Red Cedar, and Mountain Hemlock trees. There are even giant Douglas Firs. Next comes the view of a view of a beautiful waterfall. It is here that guests get to take some wonderful and memorable photos.
After the picture taking comes lunch. Then everyone will visit the Pacific Ocean. The beaches are very sandy and there is plenty of driftwood. There is another trail nearby. On this second trail is soft lush with meanders that follow a wooden stream. This stream contains plenty of moss. Once guests make their way back to the coach, they will have a stop in Aberdeen, which is where the famous rock star Kurt Cobain was born. On the way back to Seattle, there is a sign that states "Come As You Are".

You and your personal guide will depart Seattle in the morning for a full 12-plus hour day. You'll delight at the scenery on a WA State Ferry across Puget Sound to the Olympic Penninsula. About an hour drive from there, you'll arrive for your first easy trail walk to lake Crescent and Merrymere Falls. No hurries or worries!
You'll then head to Forks, WA for lunch at a restaurant -or just stop at the deli for a sandwich, you decide- and we'll keep moving. Next stop: the Hoh Rain Forest. The enormous trees will remind you of the past and probably cause a moment of peace. There are 2 trails in the hoh Rain Forest there, and you may attend a walk with a local ranger for more details along your walk. Then to the ocean! Sand, sea swells and sea critters in the sea stack rockeries delight. Simple dinner will be in Aberdeen, Kurt Cobain's birthplace, then homeward bound.
