I can't say enough about this tour! Garey is amazing!!! His knowledge of savannah runs deep and wide, he is a local from the area too! The food was amazing and there is so much of it! Come hungry because you'll be eating a ton and every bit of it is delicious! We had fish, chicken, ribs, sides, sweets and everything in between. We discovered places we had no idea about and plan to go back on our next trip to savannah. I can honestly say, i'd do this tour again in a heart beat! Thank you garey for making my mother and i feel special and like this tour was made for us!

I cannot say enough about this tour! I took it a few years ago when in savannah and enjoyed it so much decided to do it again this trip. Not that everyone would get such a personalized tour, but we visited in an off time as far as tourists were concerned and ended up being the only 4 people on the foody tour. Gary evans was absolutely terrific as our guide! He was very informative and answered all our questions. The food was something else - we visited 6 places and were so full, i actually thought we were done at stop #5! We liked one of the places so much we went back there for a full meal (johnny harris). Of course, we visited the lady & sons, but also one other i had on my list of do not miss, the sisters of the new south. We returned to the river street sweets location (not the one of river street) two more times before leaving savannah. For the price, the foody tour is a must for visitors, especially if you have never been to savannah before - it simply gives you an overview of the area and a chance to taste several different local foods at different eateries. This tour cannot be beat as far as i am concerned. I highly encourage anyone to give it a try!

This is a really neat tour. We ate food at about 5 different places, starting with lady & sons restaurant. We had everything from fried green tomatoes, fried chicken to some of the best flavored sweet tea i have ever tasted. Our guide was really nice and told us a lot of history as we drove over savannah. We actually seen places on the outskirts of the city that we would have never seen if not for this tour. I woud highly recommend this tour. I will probably take it again when we go back to savannah.

This is the tour to go on! Limited amount of people could go at a time. The tour guide was awesome! She gave us tidbits of information that nobody else had told us. The food was superb and the experience will never be forgotten!

This is a must do in savannah! Highlight of our trip! Gary was an awesome guide. We saw things we'd have never found on our own. We saw paula deen at her restaurant. Will do this tour again!

Had a great time! Our bus driver/ tour guide was so knowledgeable and made sure we were having a good time. Would definitely recommend this tour. Vacation made easy was easy to use.

The food was very good, only problem was that we ate at two different restaurants that served us basically the same foods. We certainly did not end the tour with an empty stomach and we met some interesting people. It was very enjoyable and we would recommend it. The bus driver/guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the history of savannah while enjoying food from five different restaurants.

Great guide and had wonderful companions, the food was interesting and received added tour information about greater savanna

Our tour guide gary was excellent. Were glad to be on an air conditioned bus and it turned out to be a private tour.

Great food and tour!

My wife and i had a great time. The guide took us even though we were the only ones to sign up for that day.

Foody tour- no complaints this was the best. Not only food tour, we saw so many historical sites, victorian neighborhoods, and the resturanants was out of the downtown area. It is more exiting and educational than one would imagine. I give it a 5-star.

One of the best tours i have taken, mr. Evans our tour guide was born and raised in savannah, so was very knowledgeable. Sisters was great, the best ox tails ever tasted and johnny harris some of the best ribs ever tasted and tender.....The coleslaw was the bomb, creamy and crunchy. Take this tour if you can.

We had a great time on the tour. We learned so much about the area and the food was delicious at all stops. Would definitely recommend!

Great fun. Super guy gary our guide. We were very fortunate to be with two other couples that were really fun. All the restaurants turned out nicely for us making sure we enjoyed our time with them. Food was excellent in every case. Would do it again for sure.

Our rep was excellent. Transportation was excellent. Info supplied was excellent. I did feel that we were ushered into off to the side areas vs being part of the regular restaurants in a couple of instances......The pirate restaurant & paula deen's restaurant. Loved paula's gift shop and the taste of food we got at her restaurant. Did not care for the soul food restaurant but the food and service were good. Would have liked to have seen a little more of savannah other than seemingly back streets. Cost was a little high for the food we got. Overall would recommend.

Not quite as elaborate as i had thought it would be and the food is merely a taste, but we did have a lot of fun on it and the driver was very knowledgeable on the history of savannah.

Loved it and gary, the driver. He was so knowledgeable. Fun, fun, fun. This experience gave us a good sampling of the restaurants in the area.

We had a great time ! Our guide was knowledgeable and fun. Our tastings consisted of the whistlestop cafe for friend green tomatoes, paula deen's the lady and sons, johnny harris restaurant for barbecue ribs, sisters of the new south with ox tails and great sweet tea , tubby's tank house for key lime pie and river street sweets for pralines. Not only did we have a great taste of savannah but we learned a lot about the city itself. Would highly recommend this tour..Worth every penny!

Food was good at each stop and the tour guide did a good job. I enjoyed the trip out of the downtown district - that was the best part. What i didn't like - we paid for 7 stops and only got 5 and all the food was similar would have liked more variety.

This tour was fantastic!!! We happened to be the only two to book this time during our honeymoon trip so basically had a private tour, and it was amazing! If you love great food, or have a passion for ingredients, this is a great tour! We had ralph as our guide, and he was great! Very personable! (the only criticism i had was that personally, i don't think paula deen's restaurant lives up to the hype everyone else thinks it does.)

Wonderful tastes of savannah. Leisure walk around the city tasting all sorts of delectables. Well worth it!

A blast- great tour guide

The tour was wonderful and very filling!! The only bad thing was it was listed as a 2 hour tour and it actually lasted closer to 4, which wouldn't be so bad except i had other plans that i was late for . A more accurate time disclosure would have saved me the scheduling conflict i ended up with.

It was interesting, but we would not do it again.

The guide was highly knowledgeable and the variety of food presented offered a real taste of what savannah has to offer. The quantities of food are such that you should skip a meal prior to taking the tour.

Only the two of us showed up but the tour went on as planned. We did the walking tour and saw even more of savannah. Good choices on the restaurants and good food!!

Would do it again. Had a great time and very interesting. Would be nice if they changed it up every few months though so if yo're returning you're not going to the same places since they don't tell you where you're going before you book.

This was the best tour ever. Our driver leigh was awesome. She is so friendly and knew everyone! All the food was great. Stopping at the polk market was wonderful. Jerry was so nice there and the peaches were so amazing. Angels bbq was great too. I highly recommend this tour
