The San Diego Chinese New Year Food and Cultural Fair is a rain or shine event. The fair is held at Third Avenue and J Street. The Fair is held at Third Avenue and J Street. On the museum grounds there is a traditional Chinese garden with a koi pond. Children will be able to learn about and make a variety of crafts such as a lantern, calligraphy, and wood block printing.
