The Appomattox Railroad Festival is a historic festival that is in its 45th year. It is taking place in Appomattox, Virginia. It takes place on Main Street and surrounding downtown area. It is free to attend but there is a small charge for carnival rides, food and drink vendors, and the Rodeo.

Great music is one of the highlights of this annual festival. This year, the Bellamy Brothers and Confederate Railroad will be performing for festival goers. Another highlight for this year is a family-friendly magic show with Illusionist Joseph Young.
