The World Financial Center is located on the
Hudson River waterfront in lower Manhattan.
The center covers more than eight million square feet of office space. The four towers were designed by Cesar Pelli and feature copper-crowned granite and glass towers.
The World Financial Center is one of the most premier business addresses in NYC. Its 10-story glass pavilion Winter Garden, which boasts vast public spaces, many shops and restaurants and a magnificent outdoor waterfront esplanade, is the centerpiece of the WFC. Winter Garden and the outdoor plaza that is adjacent are both popular for private functions, as well as the Brookfield's Arts & Events program. The Brookfield's program features unique art installations and exhibits, as well as musical and cultural performances and celebrations.
