Lion Exhibit- Holding three females and one male lion. This spacious exhibit lets you get a look at these beautiful creatures.
Watoto Farm- This interactive exhibit lets children engage in hands-on activities with educational presentations. See great species like tortoises, zebu, and Sicilian donkeys!
Jaguar Jungle- Learn about the people, animals, and jungles of South America in this beautiful exhibit. With many different animals to see including anteaters, macaws, spider monkeys, and of course, jaguars! The Nocturnal House inside the Jaguar Jungle shows creepy critters such as bats, tree frogs, cave roaches, tarantulas, and more!
Gorilla Troop- Learn about the Western lowland gorilla troop and their native habitat in Africa. Also, bring in old cell phones and electronics to this exhibit for recycling to help make a big difference for the mining happening in Africa that is ruining the homes of these amazing creatures.
African Savanna- The African Savanna lets you get a great sight into many different wildlife from Africa including, zebras, African Painted Dogs, and giraffes! The whole family will love getting a chance to feed the giraffes during their time in this area. The Savannah also features the Watoto Walk where you can interact with free-roaming sheep and goats.
Audubon Aviary- This exhibit features over 30 different bird species. The free-flight aviary lets the birds fly around for beautiful views of these animals doing what they do best, flying. Be on the lookout for many different species as well as a few rare and endangered birds.
Asia- There are tons of beautiful and exotic animals to be seen in the Asia exhibit including elephants, orangutans, leopards, sun bears, and tigers! OH MY! Many signs, staff, and engaging presentations are included in this area so you can learn more about all of the great animals from this area of the world.
Bambu Village- This wonderful area is a picturesque area of trails surrounded by beautiful Bambu. With touch-friendly animals and educations areas throughout the whole area.
Flamingo Exhibit- Enjoy a parade of pink colors with the beautiful flock of flamingos. The Zoo features two flocks of flamingos. One at the entrance and one on a lagoon with pelicans to see as well.
Louisiana Swamp- Showing off the beautiful nature to the Louisiana swamplands and bayou. The attractions in this area show off the animals, vegetation, food, and daily lives of the Southern United States. The animals featured in this area include black bears, water snakes, red foxes, alligators, and more! The exhibit features alligator feedings, activities, and different immersive experiences for all ages to enjoy.
Monkey Hill- This fun play area has a five-level treehouse for a great view of the whole park. The area includes fun slides, wading pools, and beautiful sculptures for a great activity for the children in your party.
Outdoor Theater- The Outdoor Theater features amazing animal presentations and interactions for all to see.
Reptile Encounter- See an amazing variety of reptiles featuring Komodo dragons, rattlesnakes, chameleons, eyelash vipers, cobra, and more to get a close look at all these fun and dangerous creatures that live in the wild.
Sea Lions- Watch the sea lions on their daily training sessions. Sea Lions can be a crowd pleaser with tons of tricks and the exhibit even includes an underwater viewing area to catch them bolting through the water.
World of Primates- This wonderful area in the Zoo includes tons of different primates in the Animal Kingdom. See beautiful lemurs, gorillas, siamangs, mandrills, and tamarins in this fun and adventurous area in the Zoo.
Whooping Cranes- The Whooping Cranes are a rare and endangered species and you can see these beautiful creatures during your visit to the Audubon Zoo as they continue to make progress in preserving and saving this incredible native bird.
Cool Zoo- The Cool Zoo gives you a great way to cool off after enjoying all the zoo exhibits with a waterpark. Featuring a splash area for kids, waterslides, sand beaches, and a lazy river!
Carousel- The Carousel features oil paintings of many of the Zoo animals located at the park and also has 60 different characters to ride including horses, elephants, giraffes, rhinos, and more!
Swamp Train- Take a fun scenic ride through the Zoo with the Swamp Train. This narrated ride takes you past many of the exhibits and departs every 30 minutes so you never have to wait long for the next ride.
