Reviews
General Jackson Showboat Lunch & Dinner Cruises
The brunch and Gospel cruise was worth experiencing. After the show & brunch in the main lounge the top deck entertainment was equally entertaining. The food was plentiful and varied, the entertainment enjoyable and I would highly recommend the General Jackson be included on a trip to Nashville.

We took our 3 teenage boys for mid-day cruise. The food and service were good. Somewhat limited buffet and seating was a bit tight but not too bad. We didn't expect much for the show and expected the boat cruise to be the main highlight. The boat cruise was fun even with it raining but the show starred 'Nashville Live' and they were the best show my wife and I have ever seen. Blew us away. 'Nashville Live' played a wide variety of songs (all of them awesome!) had tons of costume changes, a very nice stage setup and great usage by everyone and it was all done without missing a beat. Sooo entertaining for us and our 3 teenage boys. We were even able to walk up and sit right up close to the stage. Afterwards, we were able to buy CD's from some of the stars, get CDs autographed, and take photos with them. Very funny and approachable. They all work so well together - you can just see the fun they have playing up there together. Singers were: Perry Danos, Natasha Neely, Katie Kerkhover, Jimmy Miller, Les Richardson, Bob Fortner, and Dave Salyer and Ray Von Rotz. Names we were not familiar with before but love now! Acoustic show afterwards by Salyer and VonRotz was superb and funny. THIS was that taste of Nashville my wife and I were looking for and finally found. Absolute MUST SEE! We are telling everyone they gotta do this.

We liked the show. The staff was very friendly. The food was ok and we could have done without not very many choices for the price. The scenery was ok but we understood due to the high water.
