Carolyn Dawn Johnson At Grand Ole Opry
Carolyn Dawn Johnson is a Canadian Juno Award winning country music singer-songwriter. She has been a part of the country music scene since her 2001 debut album; Room With a View.
A prolific songwriter, you've surely heard her lyrics on hits like Jo Dee Messina's top five hit "Downtime," or on her first hit, 1999's "Single White Female," recorded by Chely Wright. Her biggest break came from her touring with Martina McBride in 1999. She sang backup vocals and played guitar while also writing the songs that would comprise her debut album while on tour with McBride.
Having released four studio albums, and written or co-written multiple hit songs, Johnson has earned her place as a top country music artist. Now everything has come full circle and she has performed at the grandest stage of all; the Grand Ole Opry.
This is one performance you aren't sure to forget!
