The two days are filled to the brim with white water rafting, exploring, sightseeing, camping, and more. Cataract Canyon contains Class III-V rapids, depending on the time of year. Overall, you will raft 100 miles during this trip.
On your first day, you'll be heading out to begin your boating experience, and the morning begins early with a rafting trip to start the weekend. On the first rafting excursion, you can enjoy flat water and look for bald eagles, hawks, and other native wildlife. Around noon, you will take a break for lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will stop for the night and set up camp. Tents and sleeping equipment are available for rent, or you can bring your own.
The second day begins with another rafting trip down the Colorado River. In this section of river, you will raft through some of the fiercest rapids in the river. After passing through the rapids, you will float in Lake Powell and enjoy a break from the strenuous rafting as you watch the beautiful scenery pass by. After floating across Lake Powell, you will finish at the marina.
The Cataract Canyon Rafting Adventure also includes transportation from and to Moab.
