What a wonderful experience we had at heartbreak hotel. It was all we had heard about and read. The rooms were so nice and comfortable, the staff is excellent, so friendly and helpful, and the furnishings just out of sight! We could not imagine going to memphis without going to heartbreak hotel.

I wish they had a bigger variety of food at the hotel but other than that, from the guards to the shuttle drivers, front desk, cleaning persons, restaurant workers etc. Were the best, they made our trip, warm friendly and very helpful. We want to come back soon.

Great place to stay if visiting graceland. Located just across street from graceland you could walk to all attractions. Hotel had a guard at entry on driveway and fenced parking area to keep your car secured. Room was great was very clean although hotels age is starting to show. Breakfast ok, no restaurant at hotel. Lots of elvis music playing at all times.

The reception on checking was slow, hotel while old and dated was clean, that was very important.

We were there in september of 2013 and found this to be a charming clean place to stay. The desk staff was extremely helpful and cheerful. They even saved us some money on a friend's credit card from an event we could not possibly attend as it happened to be 8 hours. Away. The hotel, indeed, is at the end of lonely street and close to a lot of fun things to do and places to shop. People asked if this was a bad part of town to stay in and we say no way! It is across from graceland and behind graceland crossing, and elvis presley's two airplanes. The jungle room bar is excellent and the place to eat your continental breakfast provides good food and plays videos of elvis in the evenings. If you get the chance, this is a great place to stay ...... Thank you heartbreak hotel! Donna murphy and silvia frobese

Clean but not up to date. Air conditioning was a window unit and it was noisy at times

Room was good but the toilet was way too scary......Every time you flushed it, it would make a loud noise and make you jump. Never seen a toilet so powerful! Lol.... Service there was great. We did enjoy it.

The hotel is sort of old and quirky. It's benefit is its location. It's staff are very low key which i personally prefer. Some of the rooms have been remodeled.

Great place to stay, only complaint was the bar. Food was ok but they need a family style restaurant where you can get more than hamburger fries staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean.
