Java Cat Sail, Kayak and Snorkel Charter Photos (1)

It is in the city of Florida where you are likely to find the West Nation Wildlife Refuge. The Wildlife is one of the best in the town, and it acts as one of the most attractive destinations that make more visitor from all the parts to come into this to view all this.

The person upon the arrival here to this historical part makes his way to the most prominent ancient seaport here and take a maximum of one hour for the adventure. The Mangrove Island is also one of the essential critical feature here that you cannot afford to miss out its view here. The size of your group here is what mostly defines a number of the tour guide that you will be allocated with. To understand the whole tour activities here at this wildlife refuge the guides plays a very critical rule because they do enhance your understanding of nature here.

Most people what they find more enjoyable is when it comes to lunch because they do offer the best meal that a person can think of and to add up on this the meal here is well catered for by the management of this National wildlife.

The best time to visit here is either morning times very early or for the sake of those who cannot make up for this during that time they have their best time at the afternoon to take a full view of everything that usually happens here. During the time of booking is very essential to consider the rule that says only a maximum of six people can take part in this tour here to avoid any inconveniences that may arise.

Board the 6-passenger Java Cat at the Key West Historic Seaport and set sail with your small group for the Key West Wildlife Refuge. Take a seat in the shade or stretch out on the expansive trampoline. During the 1-hour journey, your captain shares information about Key West's mangroves and birdlife.

After dropping anchor, your captain assists you into a high-quality sea kayak with a comfortable backrest and provides instruction. It's easy paddling in the tranquil waters of The Lakes region, passing through mangrove islands and seagrass beds.

You'll discover abundant marine life amid the tropical fauna and have a chance to touch sea cucumbers, jellyfish, hermit crabs, sea stars, sea slugs and tulip snails in their banded shells. Other species to observe (not touch) are dolphins, sea turtles, rays, non-aggressive sharks, spiny lobsters, sponges, and crabs.

After kayaking, you'll sail to another area known for its coral and sponge gardens easily viewed in the crystal-clear waters. Receive snorkeling instruction and quality gear, including short split fins — ideal for the shallow water — and dry snorkels that keep the salt water out. Then slip into the tropical waters to explore the bounty of sea life.

Back on board, rinse off with a freshwater shower. Then dig into a catered light lunch of fresh fruit, veggie slices, pasta salad, curried chicken salad, and artisan bread with a chilled soft drink or water. With your appetite sated, it's time to sail back to Key West.
