Juneau Whale Watching Tour travels to the boat harbor, and you will be able to listen to our informative information about the capital of Alaska, Juneau.

Whales abound with their growing population in Stephens Passage, Lynn Canal, Saginaw Channel, and the Favorite Channel. Watch the whales lunge feeding, bubble-net feeding, and breaching in the summer climate. Our informative naturalist will educate you on the whales, offering you complete information.

Come aboard our specially made passenger whale-watching boats, offering our guests wide-viewing windows and spacious decks for unobstructed viewing. Your captain will stop the ship when he sees a whale, giving guests time to walk around the floor and look at the whales. Our onboard naturalist can answer any questions about Alaska's wildlife. Our naturalist will have all the information about Alaska's humpback whales, sea lions, porpoises, and bald eagles. After the two hour excursion, transportation will be provided to take you back to port.

Pickup and return will be at Mt. Roberts in Tramway. Your meeting point is under the cables in front of Mt. Roberts Tramway. At the meeting point, our dock employees will be wearing bright blue hats with a bright blue bag. Return point will be the same as pickup point, Mt. Roberts Tramway.

Ticket price includes round-trip transport between a port and boat harbor and a two-hour whale watching tour. As part of the ticket price, you will ride on a 24 or 49 passenger catamaran, and a heated cabin with viewing windows, large decks, and bathroom facilities on board. Naturalist, bottled water, and multiple tour times included in ticket price.

On your way to the boat harbor, listen to informative commentary from your driver about Alaska's capitol city - Juneau.

With the growing whale population feeding in the waters surrounding Stephens Passage, Lynn Canal, Saginaw Channel and Favorite Channel, there's a possibility of seeing whales lunge feeding, bubble-net feeding and breaching during the summer months.  Your knowledgeable on board Naturalist will let you know what these terms mean as well as much more.

Aboard our custom 24 or 49 passenger whale-watching boats, enjoy a comfortable heated cabin with wide-viewing windows and spacious decks for wildlife viewing.  When our captain spots the whales, the boat stops and you are free to walk about the deck  while trying to capture that perfect whale shot.  The on-board Naturalist is full of information about Alaska's wildlife — humpback whales, sea lions, porpoises, bald eagles. A snack and water are available.

After this two hour on-the-water delightful experience, you'll be transferred back to port.
