As soon as we got to the hotel the concierge was able to pull up our confirmation right away. It was an easy and quick check-in. The service from the concierge was very helpful and they were really friendly. They were able to direct us to the nearest stores and gave u good recommendations on food places. We decided to rent one of the king size Jacuzzi rooms for an extra night and they accommodated our stay. We had also rented the king size Jacuzzi suite as well. The rooms were clean and well kept. Our kids had a great time there. The only thing I didn't like was that the indoor pool chlorine smell was TOOOOO strong. The pool area was under mild construction but it wasn't messy. I have used vacationsmadeeasy.com before for other vacations and have been completely satisfied with their service.
