Jill Erber, a self-described "cheese lady", opened Cheesetique in 2004 to share her favorite food with others. The shop specializes in hard-to-find cheeses and boasts a list of over 200 different kinds of cheeses available. The restaurant also features an impressive wine selection (and even beer) to pair with their delicious cheeses.
