Washington Monument
This 555-foot tall obelisk is located on the National Mall and honors the first President of the United States, George Washington. At the base of the monument, there are fifty flags that soar in a circle around the obelisk. Head inside and take an elevator to the top for great views of the surrounding National Mall and further scenery.
