Deadwood is home to The Old Time Saloon Number 10, rumor has it Wild Bill Hickok was shot playing poker and holding the famous "Aces and Eights" hand, better known today as the Dead Man's Hand. Wild Bill's tombstone, along with Calamity Jane's, can be found in the downtown cemetery.
