This tour will be a great historical adventure! You will visit the historic Fort Worth downtown area. You will meet at Segway Nation Fort Worth located in the main drive-thru of Lancaster Avenue. After a brief introduction by your guide, your will head to Haynes Memorial Triangle. From Haynes Memorial Triangle, you will continue going pass the downtown Post Office building, seeing some of the fabulous new condos and spectacular office buildings being built. Continuing through the business district, you will see the buildings of American Airlines, and Pier One.
Your tour not over yet! You will see the stunning Water Gardens, Hyde Park, Saint Patrick Cathedral, Burnett Park, and the Bass Performance Hall. Also you be taken pass the hotel John F. Kennedy has just left, before heading to Dallas, Texas.
Your adventure ends at the shops and restaurants in Fort Worth's Sundance Square. Your guide can show you the best photo taking stops, tell you about the fabulous restaurants and cafe, offering fine cuisine. Your tour ends at your starting point, Segway Nation.
Your price of admission includes local guide, helmet, and small group tour. You have to be at least 14 years of age. You have to weigh at least 100 pounds. Maximum weight allowed is 265 pounds. A liability wavier has to be signed. This excursion is not recommended for pregnant women.
This tour is both a historical adventure through downtown Fort Worth and a great way to sight-see all that downtown Fort Worth has to offer. Your segway tour starts with the main thoroughfare Lancaster Avenue after meeting your guide at Segway Nation Fort Worth. Spend time getting acclimated to your segway and visit the Haynes Memorial Triangle. Your tour will glide past the well-known downtown Post Office Building where your guide will point out some new condos and office buildings being built. Next, your segway tour continues towards the Fort Worth Central Business District with world renowned businesses having offices such as American Airlines, DR Horton, Pier One. You will segway around the Fort Worth Convention Center and up to Fort Worth's famous Water Gardens. Take in the picturesque Water Gardens and enjoy the tranquility this incredible display provides. Other sites visited include Hyde Park, home of the famous Sleeping Panther Statue, St Patrick's Cathedral, Burnett Park, and the Bass Performance Hall.
