The company began in 2011 with a goal of introducing European-style cider using fresh apples. The apples are aged in oak barrels before being turned into cider. Visitors can explore the farm with a guide through the week. There are different types of tours offered depending on what you want to see while on the farm. One of the things that the staff does each week is to enjoy a meal together. There is a chef at the farm who prepares the meal. Cider tasting dinners are also held. Visitors can attend special events through the year. One of the events is a Bastille Day party. There are foods served that are specific to the day, such as French sausages and Percheron.
