Fairbanks-Evening Aurora Viewing Tour
This is your chance to see the northern lights in Fairbanks Alaska. You will learn everything you need to learn and also get the chance to see. This is a fully guided tour for you and you will be taken to a place we can view the Aurora. Your guide will be very helpful and friendly, and you'll also learn the science behind the northern lights. You'll learn why they happen and also the history of it. You'll learn the history of the area as well and hereabouts some of the traditions that people follow that are influenced by the lights. This is the last frontier and you will get to experience the full force of nature.
While you are here you'll be able to enjoy complimentary snacks as well as delicious water from the area. You will get a chance to see the aurora borealis in the nights as you wait out to relax and have information from the guide. You will be warm in the van as well so you don't have to worry about anything. After all of this is finish you'll get a chance to go back to the van and have a ride to your hotel. You will be able to tell your family and friends about the time you went to the outside and saw the Aurora.
This fully-guided small group tour will take you to an aurora viewing location outside the city of Fairbanks. Your local Alaskan guide will share the science behind the lights and their significance within Alaska Native cultures, as well as history of the area and personal stories of living in The Last Frontier! This evening excursion includes round trip transportation to our aurora viewing location, which offers warmth from the cold winter air and hot drinks to enjoy indoors or out! Keep your eyes to the skies for your chance to see the aurora borealis tonight! We'll make our return drive to Fairbanks in the early hours of the morning with opportunities for additional aurora viewing stops along the way if the lights appear. Complimentary snacks and bottled glacier wellness water are available on board our small tour van.
